STUD SERVICES
Regular 'Sales Contract' applies for puppy and adult sales as well.

You must be a registered and active member on SIKC or SFCI with a working website.
Every dog you get from us must carry our affix at all times: ' ...of Arasgain'
You must NOT change the conformation, colour, gender and show name of the dog. You can change/give them call names of course.

We ask you to put the profile of the dog up to your site in 30 days, please contact us if you can not do so.
​
The full price of the dog/puppy must be paid before I send out the file.

You are not allowed to re-sell our dogs without permission. If you can no longer take care of the dog you must contact us first.
It is required that our canine are shown actively. If you fail to do so, we’ll reclaim the dog.
You are only allowed to breed the dog if you purchased it With Breeding Rights. In this case an additional fee will have to be paid. Without Breeding Rights you are NOT allowed to breed the dog at any time.

Only one copy of the dog is allowed, after you got it and everything seems to be in order we will delete the dog from our game but a separate copy will be stored in case of some problem or if we want to reclaim the animal.

You are not allowed to upload/share any of our dogs or their coats for public download. You are not allowed to use the template and coat of our dogs for creating your own. Violating this rule will result in banning the owner, our previously sold dogs will all be repossessed and all future adoptions rejected.

Only one dog will be given to a kennel at a time, but this might change if there is no application for a dog in the given period of time.
You must be a registered and active member on SFCI with a working website.
The brood must be registered at SFCI or any other similar sites, must be shown actively and must have a profile on the website.
Brood also have to be accomplished, meaning a respectable amount of points/result or at least a title.
The puppies will be made by me (although this might be discussed) and must carry our affix at all times: ' ...of Arasgain'. You can add your kennel name as a prefix.

You’re guaranteed the 2nd spot on the waiting list, first one will be ours. However if we decide not to pick a puppy, first choice will be yours.
​
The full price of the Stud Fee must be paid before I start to make the puppies. If for whatever reason I cannot manage to do the breeding, your money will be paid back in full.
Once the breeding is done I will permanently delete the copy of the brood.
Litter size will not exceed 4 puppies in total.
